Essential Vaccines for Puppies and Kittens
Starting disease prevention early is essential to helping your pet live a long and healthy life with you. We recommend that puppies receive at least 3 boosters of DHP starting at 6 to 8 weeks of age, with the second and third boosters given 3 to 4 weeks apart. Spreading out your pet’s vaccine boosters gives them time to absorb the vaccine and gradually build up their immunity.
