Dog & Cat Boarding for the Bulverde-San Antonio Area

It’s vacation time so what are you going to do with your 4-legged family member while you are away? 

At Bulverde Animal Hospital, we offer a safe, clean, and secure boarding for both dogs and cats. Your dog is walked twice daily in our fenced in area. If your dog stays more than one night, your pet will receive a complimentary bath. We feed Purina EN which is very easy on your pet’s digestive system. However, you are more than welcome to bring food, treats, bones and toys for your pet. Some beds and blankets are welcome; however since pets often soil beds, they may be removed and washed.

Boarding reservations should be made prior to drop-off to ensure a spot for your pet. Your pet must be current on all vaccinations. For dogs this includes: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella within the last year. For cats this includes: Rabies and FVRCP within the last year. The receptionist will ask you to complete a boarding form which will require an emergency number.

Pet Grooming for Your Dog or Cat

At Bulverde Animal Hospital, we offer professional, specialized pet grooming services for your 4-legged family member. Or just bring them in for a bath and nail trim. We offer grooming for both dogs and cats.
Daily appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. You may also schedule to have your pet groomed during his/her boarding stay. The normal protocol is for your pet to be dropped off from 7-9:30, and when your pet is finished, we give you a quick call to let you know your pet can be picked up.
